I just discovered your web site and YouTube videos. I also teach Yoga and worked for most of my career as an academic adviser in Seattle. You can check out my site: https://heidilynneyogaandwellness.wordpress.com/
Thank you for sharing your teachings and sorry to hear one of your studios where you regularly teach has closed.
We are all in this together.
Heidi Lynne’ Yoga and Wellness
Hi Heidi! Thanks for dropping me a line. I feel like yoga comes in handy when advising students. Sometimes I take a lot of deep breaths. Also, I can typically walk a student out of a crisis pretty well when I turn on the yoga. I will definitly take a peak at your blog. 🙂 (Sorry it took me forever to approve your comment. I think I am just recovering from 2020!). -Shawnee
